Openwork rhombus design formed from entwined foliage, set with an opal cabochon (8.38 x 6.95 mm) and 28 cushion-shaped old-cut diamonds (1 x ca. 0.75, J/K, si) remaining stones totalling ca. 4.80 ct (J-M, vs-p). Hallmarks: French import stamps for gold and silver. L 5.2 cm. Weight 12.75 g.
