A silver and coral Lazem necklace - Yemen 1900
The necklace is comprised of five hollow elements decorated with filigree and granulation and connected with five rows of silver beads in granulation work and natural corals in various sizes (2-10 mm). The two on the sides are triangular and hold the treads on which the necklace is beaded. The three elements in the centre are rectangular, the central element holds a rosette-shaped pendant decorated with granulation and pendants. The two elements on the sides and between the three elements on the lower beads row are various pendants.
