A silver mustard jar stand in the shape of a shuttle, resting on four scroll-shaped legs; the top is edged with a beaded frieze and punctuated by acanthus leaf clasps, the mustard pot holder consists of scroll-decorated uprights and is topped with a beaded frieze. Hallmarks: Paris, 1782–1783, and a Master Goldsmith’s mark that is difficult to read. Weight: 224 g. A blue glass mustard pot is included.
