Rectangular, on bombe footrim, the floral sides flanked by slightly tapering twisted on columns, with four ball feet, one missing, the oval medaillion hinged cover with inscription: Aandenken van de FAMILILIE MOLLERUS gezonden op den II November MDCCCXXXIV aan E.G. EMAUS de MICAULT Op den 22 Juny 1834 overleed binnen Utrecht, in het 84ste Jaar zijn S'levens, JH Baron MOLLERUS, Vice-President van den Raad van State, Grootkruis der orde van den Ned. Leeuw, Kommandeur van de orde der Unie van Holland en Officier van het Legioen van eer.
