A small Berlin KPM neoclassical porcelain tureen and stand

Decorated with wildflower bouquets and insects. Blue sceptre mark, impressed marks. H tureen 10.5, W dish 20.6 cm.
Circa 1790 - 1800.

This small tureen probably originates from the dinner service received by Karl Georg August, heir to the throne of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, in 1791.
