Of flattened irregularly rectangular section, carved to depict Liu Hai holding his identifying toad below a fruiting peach branch and a bat flying in front of a rocky cliff and churning waterfall, the carved underside perforated by a cylindrical hole perhaps for mounting the piece to a larger object; the stone whorled in hues of gray marked by black flecks and icy inclusions.
