A charming box in overall good condition; the sides and base on ivory; a couple of areas with small losses to paint to the miniatures on the sides, one of the glass covers ever slightly loose in mount; a few minute spots of mold between the glass and the miniature to one side, some light surface wear throughout, commensurate with time and age; two areas of the gold mounts with later infill residue
