the domed skull bearing an embossed demon mask over the brow and a pair of metal horns partially decorated with silver koftgari, the skull further decorated with a series of cartouches comprising figures and calligraphy against a dense foliate ground populated with animals and birds, with a sliding nasal guard, plume holders, spike and a metal chain mail neck guard

Condition Report:
The surface with heavy layer of erosion, could benefit from a professional clean, the complex engraved design still visible, with figures, demons, animals and inscriptions, chain mail with very minor section missing near the edge, textile to interior with some staining, as viewed.
