A suite of mid Victorian gold and half pearl jewellery, circa 1870, consisting of a pair of ear pendants with polished oval hoops with scrolled foliate engraved ribbon detail, set with half pearls, suspending an articulated fringe, with shepherds hook fittings, 5.9cm long, and a matching scrolled ribbon fringe brooch, with a small glazed compartment verso, 5.7cm long, 16.2g gross

Condition Report:
The brooch has had the brooch clasp patched and replaced, some further repairs to the hinge side, it is missing one of its fringe drops, the pearls are uneven in size. The pearls in the brooch and earrings are quite likely not original, the setting gilding around the pearls has been disturbed where something has been removed, and then the pearls put in. The earrings both have a repair to the fringe,
