A trio of Coptic wood and bone pins, Egypt, c. 3rd - 7th Century AD, two are bone hair pins with rounded terminal and the last is a wooden pin, perhaps for weaving, with raised comb-like elements along the length. Length from 4 3/4 in (12 cm) to 5 7/8 in (14.9 cm). Ex Royal Athena Galleries, New York.
