A turn of the century silver sugar bowl of pierced circular form with beaded flared rim and blue glass liner, hallmarked William Aitken, Chester 1900, diameter 3.75" (9.5 cm). Together with a cream jug of bellied shape with beaded rim and spread footed base, hallmarked A L Davenport Ltd., Birmingham 1938. Weight excluding glass liner 4.92ozt (153 grams). (2).
Condition Report:
- Both items display surface marks and scratches commensurate with age.
- The rim of the sugar bowl is tarnished, whilst there are dents to the body causing it to be slightly misshaped.
