A very nice Roman bronze humped bull on raised base

A very nice Roman bronze humped bull on a raised base, c. 1st - 3rd Century AD, the body in naturalistic style with short horns and dewlap, the tail very long. The bull stands atop a rectangular base with four feet. H: 2 1/4 in (5.8cm), L: 1 3/4 in (4.4cm). Nice chocolate brown patina. Ex estate of Seward Kennedy, New York. Mr. Kennedy worked for decades as a lawyer for the Mobil Corporation, and acquired his collection throughout decades of travel beginning in the 1950's.
