£4,400
A vintage yellow metal necklace in ancient Greek style, the front designed as two-rows of entwined beaded wirework, between textured cylinders with trumpet-shaped terminals, on a simple S-shaped clasp, unmarked, XRF tested see condition report, the necklace approx. 41cm long overall, 92g gross
More Information
This item has been XRF spot tested as approximately 60-73% gold, sugesting a high-carat gold plating. We used a Nitron Thermo XL3T handheld XRF analyser to test the metal in this lot. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns. Results should only be used as a guide and with caution. False readings are possible as only a small 'spot' has been tested and not the whole item.
Note: We do not guarantee the standard of gold, silver, or platinum unless an item is hallmarked and no returns are accepted for XRF tested items, please examine any items for yourself and make your own mind up. Many thanks for your understanding John Rolfe Auctions.
