Length of the blade 37.2 cm, hira zukuri, ko-midare hamon, itame-masame hada, slightly rubbed. Nakago: suriage, two mekugi-ana, 19th century. Habaki of gilt copper with yasurime. Koshirae: iron tsuba with openwork showing kiri leaves and lattice, fuchi-kashira: shakudô nanako with gold and shakudô flowers in relief, menuki: flowering peonies in silvered copper, kozuka: copper with chidori over waves. Black binding over same. Saya: same-nuri. 19th century.
