A well-engineered 3 ½ inch gauge model of a two foot gauge 2-4-4 Forney

A well-engineered 3 ½ inch gauge model of a two foot gauge 2-4-4 Forney, based on locomotive 7 preserved on the Edaville Railroad in South Carver, Massachusetts. Silver soldered copper boiler, 80 psi working pressure, twin injectors with crosshead and hand pumps. Fittings include pressure gauge, push-pull American style throttle, water gauge and pole reverser. Chassis with twin cylinders, slide valves operated by Walschaert's valve gear, mechanical lubricator. Length 152cm. Width 39cm. Height 55cm.
Boiler History: Boiler number N57-80-279. Southern Federation certificate C 164030 York SME, hydraulic test expires 20th September 2018, steam test expires 11th August 2016. Signed by Mr J.R.Mead.
