A well-engineered Stuart triple marine live steam engine, built by the late Mr Rowland H Procter FIMarE from Stuart castings with three cylinders 1 ¾ inch., 1 ¼ inch and ¾ inch bore by 1 inch stroke, brass drain cocks and blued lagging. The model with Stephensons link reverse gear being operated from central wheel, brass displacement oiler, disc flywheel, balanced crank with polished brass oilers. Fitted water and air pump. The model mounted on sole plate with rectangular base and crank key for display purposes. Plinth 29cm x 16cm. Overall height 19cm.
