A yellow metal antique sapphire and diamond oval cluster ring with central oval sapphire within a border of cushion and old cut diamonds, size I, approx. 4.8g, the ring head 16.7 x 14mm, sapphire approx. 11.5 x 8.5mm.Condition Report 5 of the diamonds are smaller than the larger stones. These may have been later replaced. Rubbing to a couple of the claw tips. Very little surface abrasions to the sapphire.
