This is an American Brilliant cut glass perfume or cologne bottle. It is rare with three colors, cranberry over yellow and clear. It has a basketweave design attributed to Mt. Washington Cut Glass Co. Circa 1900. it has a repousse sterling stopper. The neck is fluted and the base is cut with a rayed star.
