GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. A 5.5 sold for $300 in 12/19; a 6.5 sold for $465 in 12/17.

Credits: Cover: Ken Bald. Art: Lin Streeter, Milt Knopf?, Pete Riss, King Ward, Max Elkan, Robert Pious, Al Camy.Hand of Horror: A gunsel and his gal are gripped by a big bony hand. ACG's Adventures into the Unknown was the first regularly-published horror comic book (and one of the longest-running, surviving the Comics Code and lasting until 1967). The premiere issue pre-dates EC's first ongoing horror title by over a year (although EC's first horror story, "Zombie Terror" from Moon Girl #5, was published roughly contemporaneously with Adventures into the Unknown #1 in Fall, 1948).______________________________________________________________

A limited edition of ten hardcover catalogues is available, in addition to a few dozen softcovers. Fun reference, great keepsake, fully illustrated, chockablock with obscure facts, gags, bon mots.
