French sculptor, his work was part of the sculpture competition for the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris. This athlete belongs to this group of gymnasts, of whom a special exhibition was held on the occasion of the Olympic Games. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He was a pupil of Jean Boucher. He exhibited at various salons in Paris, including the Salon des Artistes Français, the Salon d'Automne and the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs. He also worked as a ceramist in the Primavera studio for department stores such as the Galeries Lafayette and the Cristallerie de Baccarat. He designed a whole series of faience animals for Sainte-Radegonde. He was especially known for his bronze reliefs and sculptures. In 1938 he was awarded the decoration of "Officier de la légion d'Honneur".
