Engraving, circa 1502, a very good Meder IIa-b impression, on paper with a High Crown watermark (M. 20), unframed
sheet: 328 by 232mm 13 by 9⅛in

Condition Report:
Trimmed on the plate mark at right and lower sheet edge, on or just within the plate mark at left and slightly within the plate mark at top, retaining a fillet of paper outside the borderline, a skilful repair along the central horizontal drying fold (affecting a few hatches in the sky at left), with small associated areas made up with pen and ink above Fortune's knee and in the bridle, a central vertical crease with a short associated tear at the bottom (approx. 10mm.), a couple of further disruptions repaired with paper fibres, a further small repair beneath Fortune's wing and a tiny repair with associated split near the cathedral at lower right, some overall foxing, a small brown stain towards the right sheet edge, a few thin spots at the left sheet edge and upper sheet corners, unframed.
