A fine, but incomplete copy, bound in dark morocco signed by Joly R.D. with the arms of the Prince of Essling. 8vo (139 x 185mm). Woodcut vignette on title, numerous allegorical engravings in text (minimal marginal restoration on title and first few leaves). Collation: A6 (instead of A8, lacking A4-A5 or pp. 7-10), B-R8. Brown morocco decorated in gilt on plates, spine, inlays and edges, marbled endpapers. Provenance: Prince of Essling (1836-1910).
