The canvas has not been lined and is securely attached to a keyed wooden stretcher which is providing stable support.
There is some minor drying craquelure visible in the sky - however, this appears to be stable.
Inspection under ultra violet light reveals an even layer of residual varnish, some scattered areas of cosmetic retouching in the sky, and some other small isolated spots.
Overall, this work is in good condition and is ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
