AMERICAN BUFFALO POTTERY ABINO WARE RALPH STUART CERAMIC TANKARD PITCHER, with rust-colored windmills and boats scene, signed by "R.[alph] STUART" on bottom. Hand-brushed mark "ABINO WARE." and "Buffalo Pottery / 1912" and "No 238." Buffalo Pottery Company, Buffalo, New York. Circa 1912.

Condition: Good condition, having rim hairline that does not appear to go through to exterior, and moderate crazing.

Size: 12" H.

Provenance: From the estate of Holton Rosenquist, Bradford, IL.Catalogue Note: Ralph Stuart was head of the Buffalo Pottery art department from 1903 to 1942.
