Printed mark "B P / WHIRL / OF THE TOWN / UNDERGLAZE" and hand-brushed in red "1906". Buffalo Pottery Company, Buffalo, New York. Circa 1906.
Condition: Undamaged except for a few minor losses to orange glaze and silver lustre.
