SYNTAX CERAMIC PITCHERS, LOT OF THREE, each having an octagonal, panelled body with Art Nouveau-style border, having scenes including "A Noble Hunting Party", "Dr. Syntax Stopt By Highwaymen.", and "Dr. Syntax Bound To A Tree By Highwaymen", with signatures below handle including "M. Broel.", "L. Streissel", and "B. Wilton". Green printed mark "1911 / BUFFALO / POTTERY / EMERALD / DELDARE / WARE / UNDERGLAZE". Buffalo Pottery Company, Buffalo, New York. Circa 1911.

Condition: Two undamaged and largest with minute flake/bruise to rim.
