Reading in part: ‘...I, General Dwight D. Eisenhower...do hereby proclaim...The Allied Forces...have now entered Germany. We come as conquerors not oppressors...we shall obliterate Nazism and German militarism...Supreme legislative, judicial and executive authority and powers within the occupied territory are vested in me as Supreme Commander...All German courts and educational institutions within the occupied territory are suspended...'. Minimal tears at the edges with some repaired with tape. Very good.
