AMERICAN WHITE'S, UTICA, NEW YORK MOLDED STONEWARE PITCHERS, LOT OF THREE, salt-glazed, comprising one example having relief image of man sitting at bar with German script on one side, reverse with figures standing around barrel and drinking, having molded dog's head spout and bail handles, impressed "4" to base, one example featuring relief family scene on one side with two figures standing by a cask on opposite, impressed "5", and one bulbous example having hunt scene with elk and dog. White's Pottery, Utica, NY. Late 19th/early 20th century.

Condition: Dog spout example undamaged, except having some losses to cobalt German script; family scene example with moderate rim hairline; hunt scene example having two flakes and wear to rim with two minute flakes to relief decoration. Each having manufacturing flaws, including glaze bubble/blister and firing separations, as made.
