AMERICAN WHITE'S, UTICA, NEW YORK MOLDED STONEWARE STEINS, LOT OF FOUR, salt-glazed, comprising one featuring relief image of man and woman embracing with "HERE'S TO THE HEART / THAT BEATS FOR ME." impressed on opposite side, with "The Prince of Pilsen." below rim, two having incised image of a fox hunt, impressed "27" to base, and one miniature example having low relief image of a ship with floral design, each with hinged lid and cobalt decoration. White's Pottery, Utica, NY. Late 19th/early 20th century.
Condition: Two undamaged; one fox hunt example with rim hairline and flakes to foot ring; miniature example with glued handle repair, moderate rim chip and hairlines. Each having firing flaws, as made.
Size: 4 3/8" to 9" H.
