AMERICAN WHITE'S, UTICA, NEW YORK OWL FIGURAL MOLDED STONEWARE STEIN, salt-glazed, "BIBITE!" impressed to the lower front between the owl's feet, ceramic lid with metal mounts. Top of hinge on handle having a serrated or zipper-like design, a recorded White's Utica trademark. White's Pottery, Utica, NY. Late 19th/early 20th century.

Condition: Having minor flake to back of each ear, otherwise undamaged.
