AN 1833/84 MODEL MOUTNED ARTILLERY TROOPER'S SABRE

Strong and wide, slightly curved, single-and false-edged blade with large, central fuller, tang marked "S&K" ("Schnitzler & Kirschbaum"); iron, mono-quillon, stirrup-hilt with langets and long cap, stamps "FC" (Francesco Corsa), "C", "T" e "CP"; wooden, leather-covered grip with metallic wire binding. Scabbard with one suspension ring. Complete with clutches and sword-knot.
