The exterior is carved overall with a riverscape including two horses standing next to the river bank, all beneath a mottled-amber-tone glaze. The base is with a four-character mark reading Wang Bingrong zuo (made by Wang Bingrong).

-There are two small areas of possible overpainitng to the mouth.
-There is overspraying.

-The foot rim has been slightly buffed.
