The blue field with a central ivory stepped pole medallion linked to similar mirrored chestnut red medallions all enclosing chickens and small flower heads supported by additional bird figures and flora, stepped chestnut red spandrels, adorned with chickens all within a blue border enclosing continuous stepped ivory flower heads alternating with red and ochre flower heads angular vines and flower heads in jewel tones finely knotted in wool on wool foundation, circa 1900.
