The fluted stem bowl enamelled and gilt with the arms of Macdonald accollé with possibly Forbes, bearing the mottos 'Per mare per terras' and 'Nec tempore nec fato'; the dish brightly enamelled and gilt with the arms of Annesley, bearing the motto 'Virtutis amore'.
Both approx. 25cm (9 7/8in) diam. (2).
