by Constantine & Floyd Ltd, Birmingham 1909, in two halves, each of planished finish with pierced strapwork and set with a pair of rectangular blue and green enamel plaques, numbered 10 to the reverse. 10cm long, 1.9 troy ounces
The marks are clear. The enamel is in good condition without loss or damage. The buckle as a whole is in good condition.
