the gilt bronze lamp base with recessed circular base with beaded edge supporting the fluted shaft issuing three acanthus wrapped scrolling branches terminating in laurel cast, urn shaped nozzles with removable beaded drip pans, surmounted by cockerel head mounts, and issuing a central branch surmounted by a laurel wreath and with black tole shade decorated with gilt stars, later drilled for electricity,
