AN EGYPTIAN GLAZED JAR
Late Period, Circa 664 - 332 B.C.
Possibly a canopic jar, the straight-sided vessel tapers to a flat base, the shoulder curves to the narrow short neck with a slightly everted lip, 24.7cm high.
Provenance: Private UK collection, acquired prior to 1980.
