The pale blue ground intricately worked with appliqued pieces of polychrome wool and couched metallic thread with a large floral urn flanked by double columns reaching a pointed arch, the borders with floral urns and scrolling foliage, the puce silk velvet centre a later addition, edged with fringed ribbon, lined, 186cm x 122cm.
