Possibly a depiction of Herakles, the figure stands nude in a typical combat pose, with his right arm raised originally holding a club, now missing, his left arm broken above the elbow, his muscular body naturalistically moulded, 8.9cm high, 11.2cm high inc. base, Provenance: Private collection, Germany, acquired before 1980; Ex Gorny & Mosch Auction 163, 2007, lot 755 (part).
