A HERIZ CARPET Approximately 297 x 216cm Provenance: Private Collection, Berkshire Condition Report: Carpet with wear overall consistent with age and use. Patches of additional wear reveals underlying weft and pale knot heads in places. Longest edges appear to have been re-bound and have some wear and undulation. Fringing is lost at one end (this end re-secured with later thread), and trimmed short at the other. Both with wear and fraying. Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition.
