Of deep shape, painted in typical underglaze blue, iron-red and gold with alternating panels of vases with flowers and floral compositions, the cover with further alternating panels containing chrysanthemums and ducks and surmounted by a fruit knob.
HEIGHT 22 cm, DIAMETER 24.5 cm
Condition: Overall good condition with expected traces of use and wear, the base with a thin and stable crack.
Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland. This lot was acquired by second generation members of the Holzapfel family after 1970 and has remained in the family ever since.
