AN IMPERIAL YELLOW-GROUND EMBROIDERED SILK ELBOW CUSHION
18th century
Comprising two circular end panels embroidered with concentric bands of bats, ruyi heads and lotus scroll, connected by six oval-shaped panels depicting a quatrefoil panel defined by four ruyi centred with a lotus flower and decorated overall with floral scroll.
Approximately 23cm (9in) diam.
