Consisting of an intricate handmade setting with engraved detail containing one oval modified mixed cut color-change sapphire measuring approximately 18.42 x 14.80 x 9.90 mm and numerous old European and single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.45 carat total. Mounted in platinum. Ring size 6 1/4.
