dating: First half of the 19th Century provenance: Turkey, Interesting, single-and false-edged blade, in damask, with fullers and grooves, first part decorated with golden trophies, crescent, stars and floral motifs; iron hilt decorated en suite (parts missing), grip with horn grip scales of anatomical shaped and with angled and grooved pommel (small parts missing), gilded band; wooden scabbard covered with leather and sewn with metallic wire, iron mounts decorated in the same way. Two suspension rings on ribbed bands. length 101 cm.
