Consisting of black lacquered hide set with four round copper bosses, a crescent moon and two smaller bosses, the interior retaining its original tooled red leather cushion and fabric handle.

Condition Report: Good overall with minor cracking in the lacquer at the edges of the shield. The leather padding and cloth handles on the interior have cracked and torn at various places but are largely intact.
