With an inscription in the outermost red surround, translated as ‘Mushiri [1]273 (1856-7)’
approximately 430 by 312cm; 14ft. 1in., 10ft. 3in.
Condition Report:
Pile generally good withsome areas of light wear to knot bars through centre of filed, not disturbing. A minute amount of old moth damage in the plain outer surround at top right hand corner. Small reweave in outer tip of top left hand corner in red surround. Partially reovercast side corners, ends with trimmed fringes. A pretty example of the genre with unusual amounts of white and yellow for the type. Clean, sound and ready to use.
