Condition Report:
Extensive rubbing and losses to gilded and painted surface, with traces of earlier polychrome decoration. A few losses and chips to carved decoration, with some typical age cracks and shrinkage at joints, but frame is sturdy. Old inactive wormholes and accompanying losses. The possibly associated simulated marble wooden top with a few losses and marks to painted decoration and some age cracks. Some warping to legs due to age, visible in catalogue photographs.
