China, Song/Jin dynasty or Korea, Goryeo dynasty, 10th–13th c. Ø 17 cm.
Featuring Ci Fei, the Dragon Slayer on a small boat sailing through choppy seas. Inscription: huang ji chang tian.
Many of these mirrors were unearthed in Kaesong, the capital of Goryeo, but others have also been found in China and dated to the Song/Jin dynasties.

An almost identical piece from the collection of Robert H. Ellsworth was described as a Song dynasty object at Christie's New York 22 March 2012 lot 1470. The Cleveland Museum features another example where both possibilities are mentioned.
