All four mats have scattered dot like moth damage to the pile in places, mostly on edges, small brakes and splits due to structure dryness. wool pile and most probably silk warps. Very good colour combination and nicely drawn designs. Edges are secured with silk bounding. Despite the imperfections and problems, all four mats are very nice looking pieces. All boxed for storage. Unusual and attractive mats.
