AN UNUSUAL GILT COPPER REPOUSSE TWO-PART PERFUMER

Superbly hammered and chased, the lower section with a hollow waisted double lotus base, with a cylinder to support the openwork orb above formed from tightly packed pierced cloud scrolls with a scaly five-clawed dragon encircling the clouds which are centered on one side with a mythical pearl amidst fire-scrolls below the open-mouthed face of the bushy-maned dragon above.
